Our Award Winning National Charity Big Help Project, Wigan Athletic Football Club and the Club’s parent company, EPIC GI have announced an innovative partnership which will see EPIC GI “gifting” the front of shirt branding opportunity to our Charity ahead of the Club’s return to the EFL Championship.
The 2021/22 EFL League One winners, who have a strong legacy of Community Outreach, marked the partnership by unveiling the new 2022/23 range of jerseys featuring the Big Help Project logo. The new alliance between Wigan Athletic, EPIC GI and Big Help Project establishes a strong commitment to collaborative working between club and charity to widen access to vital services to members of the Wigan community and the surrounding environs. Big Help Project are in active dialogue with Key Stakeholders including Wigan Athletic Football Club, EPIC GI,Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council, Local Elected Representatives and Local Business Leaders and will soon be announcing a package of exciting community initiatives which will directly target people who are socially isolated, in need of financial inclusion support or those without access to fresh, affordable food items in the Wigan Community.
